Job Overview
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the daily operation of our office and assisting with accounts payable function.
* Accounts payable processing
* Debtors Maintenance
* EPOS Maintenance including troubleshooting when required
* Daily Cash Reconciliations
* Bank Lodgements
* Staff Training
* Assisting in the day-to-day operating of the business
* Handling customer queries both instore and online
Responsibilities
This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing accounts payable and maintaining accurate records
2. Maintaining debtor accounts and ensuring timely payments
3. Performing EPOS maintenance and troubleshooting issues
4. Reconciling daily cash transactions and managing bank lodgements
5. Providing staff training and support
6. Assisting with daily business operations and providing administrative support as needed
7. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in an administrative or operational role
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
