Role Overview
This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-driven professional who enjoys working with data, managing processes, and overseeing multiple projects.
* Support Account Managers and Brand Leaders with daily customer and brand administration tasks.
* Act as the primary contact for customer queries related to product information, forms, and account setup.
* Manage new product launches, ensuring timely listings, set-ups, and promotional plans.
* Assist with sales forecasting and collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Finance teams to track performance.
* Produce and maintain regular reports on customer sales, stock, and promotions.
* Maintain centralised and up-to-date records for internal teams.
