As we grow, we're committed to ensuring that our people are supported, developed, and aligned with our vision and values.Role OverviewWe're looking for an energetic, people-focused professional to help shape and strengthen our employee experience. This role will take ownership of the full people lifecycle from onboarding and performance management to culture-building and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and passionate about helping people grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople OperationsManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Oversee induction and orientation programmes for all new hires.Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with HR policies and regulations.Performance & DevelopmentDesign and implement structured performance management processes including annual and semi-annual reviews, and quarterly check-ins.Support managers in setting clear goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback.Identify training and upskilling needs across teams; coordinate relevant learning programmes.Coach managers on effective people leadership and performance conversations.Culture & CommunicationReinforce Financefair's culture, mission, and core values through regular communication and initiatives.Ensure all staff understand the company vision, business objectives, and progress against OKRs.Create touchpoints for employee engagement and ensure all voices are heard.Talent DevelopmentWork with management to identify high-performing individuals and create tailored development plans.Support career pathing, internal mobility, and succession planning.Promote continuous learning and recognition across the business.About You5+ years' experience in a people, HR, or culture-focused role (ideally in a fintech, startup, or growth-stage business).Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building.Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Energetic, adaptable, and highly organised with an ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.Passionate about helping people and businesses grow.Why Financefair?Opportunity to help shape the people strategy of a scaling fintech.Work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.Flexible working arrangement and a culture that values initiative, ownership, and growth.
