Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin
Role Type: Full time (Temporary – 9 months)
Salary: €31,000
BPerfect Cosmetics is a demanding environment that is rapidly growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Retail Store Manager to lead our new Pop Up Megastore in Liffey Valley, Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Direct the team efficiently, be motivating, and informative during team meetings and briefings regarding product launches and procedures. Lead by example, motivate the team and help enhance performance to reach and exceed targets.
* Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs, and going above and beyond for customers when needed.
* Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, and customers; preference for candidates with a beauty background.
* Effectively liaise and communicate with the Area Manager, at BPerfect Cosmetics.
* Demonstrate reliability and flexibility as the business demands; lead by example in meeting set targets.
* Help develop staff knowledge on how to drive sales and support the growth of the company.
* Drive targeted retail promotions and opportunities, including base promotions, appointments and networking.
* Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within.
Qualifications / Experience
* Retail sales: 3-5 years (preferred)
* Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
* Customer service: 2-3 years (preferred)
* Retail management: 3-5 years (preferred)
* Strong selling skills, excellent communication, and ability to work well under pressure; customer-focused with a positive can-do attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays (as required).
* Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within.
