Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced
HR Operations Manager
to join their growing HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR operations, optimise processes and make a real impact across the organisation.
You will manage the day-to-day HR operations function, leading a small team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the firm. You will drive operational excellence, implement process improvements and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing visible leadership and support.
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance management, and annual compensation review processes.
* Provide advice and support on HR, benefits, and employment matters.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies.
* Manage HR reporting and provide insights to the Executive Committee.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement workflow or technology solutions.
* Support and develop the HR Administrator and broader HR team.
Candidate Profile:
* 3rd level qualification in HR Management, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing HR Operations teams with strong leadership skills.
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and HR systems (People XD experience advantageous).
* Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
* Strong communicator, problem solver, and project manager.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
