Job Summary
We seek a Graduate Digital Project Manager to join WiiGroup. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various skill sets within the business, including Planning, Lean, BIM, and Data Analytics.
You will contribute to a wide range of innovative projects, gaining exposure to different sectors and technologies within the AEC industry, helping to shape the future of construction and technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including BIM models, data analytics, and lean methodologies.
* Collaborate with project teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Analyse data using tools like Power BI and assist in reporting insights for project optimisation.
* Support BIM implementation across multiple projects, using software such as Autodesk Revit.
* Work alongside senior engineers and consultants to implement lean practices and drive efficiency in project delivery.
* Assist in preparing project reports, schedules, and documentation.
* Contribute to developing and maintaining digital project management tools.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, methods, and industry trends.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. You have a keen interest in Project Management, BIM, Lean, and Data Analytics, and you are eager to apply your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 0-1 years of experience in a related position, with a strong interest in Digital Project Management, BIM, Lean, and Data Analytics.
* Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, Autodesk Revit, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and project optimisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to cross-functional project teams.
