We're recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Modular Buildings sector who is looking to expand their commercial team with a Junior Quantity Surveyor.
About the Client:

With continued growth and a robust pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking to bring on board a proactive Junior QS to support their commercial operations from pre-construction through to final account.
The Role:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working alongside experienced QS professionals, supporting the cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial management of modular build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and procurement schedulesMonitor project costs and progressSupport contract administration, including valuations, variations and final accountsLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teamsEnsure compliance with project budgets and timelinesAbout You:

Requirements:
