Role Summary:
We are seeking a Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals.
* Owning client projects from start to finish, including scoping, searching for experts, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues, manager, and internal stakeholders to bring our full product suite to the table, maximizing commercial outcomes, growing revenue, and ensuring retention of existing accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
* 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
