Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support their expanding operations in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
 * Ensure continuous supply and optimal inventory levels.
 * Collaborate with operations to meet production and budget requirements.
 * Analyse stock data to minimise excess and obsolete inventory.
 * Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and performance.
 * Negotiate competitive pricing and delivery terms.
 * Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
 * Maintain accurate records and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
 * Support warehouse efficiency and space utilisation.
About You
 * Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Finance.
 * Strong organisational, analytical and administrative skills.
 * Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
 * Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, flexible approach.
 * Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
 * Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
