About The Role
This position involves leading a team responsible for support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing and new Citrix on-premise implementations in multiple global datacenters. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing advanced technical support to delivery teams on escalated issues
* Generating root-cause analysis related to critical incidents and problems
* Engaging with vendors to obtain support, updates, and planning as required
Required Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments. A strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems and networking is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively with customers, project managers, and other engineers to develop customized infrastructure.
