As a hands-on Product Manager within the Design and Digital Products team at Accenture Song, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery. You will work directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet business objectives, solve user problems, and deliver measurable value. In this role, you’ll balance leadership responsibilities with active participation in product development, driving both strategy and execution.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients to define goals and success metrics for product teams, craft business cases, and ensure alignment of product features to business needs and user value.
2. Hands-on Product Delivery: Take ownership of product delivery, managing the product backlog, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and assessing post-delivery metrics. Work directly with designers and developers to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
3. Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, balancing short-term execution, MVP, phased delivery, and long-term vision. Prioritize features based on value and strategic impact.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and manage expectations. Act as the primary contact for product-related questions, feedback, and decisions.
5. Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to ensure efficient product development. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to evaluate product success, measure business impact and user satisfaction, conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform decisions.
7. Product Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives for product features, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for clients and stakeholders.
8. Conflict Management & Prioritization: Manage and resolve conflicts related to planning, scope, and prioritization, ensuring team and stakeholder alignment.
9. Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor junior product managers, fostering a learning and collaborative environment.
