Job Title: Aftersales Advisor Trainee
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice or Trainee Aftersales Advisor. This is a fantastic career opportunity to train in the field of vehicle aftersales with Irelands leading motor retailer.
About the Role:
This role involves providing excellent customer service at all times, managing information flow between the workshop, dealership and customers, qualifying service needs and diagnosing vehicle problems where necessary. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership, calculating workshop capacity and ensuring accurate details are entered onto the service loading system.
