We are recruiting for a full-time
Chef de Partie
to join the team at the family owned Renvyle House Hotel, a busy 4* country house resort set on the shores of the Wild Atlantic Way in beautiful Connemara, Co.
Galway.
The Chef de Partie is a vital member of the kitchen team, responsible for delivering exceptional food consistently.
The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with precision and care, supporting the Head and Sous Chefs, and helping to train junior staff.
We are seeking an individual with experience in a busy A La Carte restaurant who can deliver a high-quality service.
A strong eye for detail, excellent time management and a passion for food are essential.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess relevant experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
High levels of initiative and the ability to work independently are necessary, and a full understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations are essential.
