Purpose of Position: As an EU Deliverables Coordinator, you will collaborate with partners across Europe to oversee student success, produce high-quality deliverables, manage project finances, and ensure successful execution of multiple EU projects. Reporting to: Head of the Cloud Competency Centre Key Relationships: The Deliverables Coordinator will be required to work closely with the EU Project Manager, Head of Cloud Competency Centre, Grant Finance Officer, the various CCC's European partners, and staff members in the School of Computing and NCI. Key Responsibilities: The EU Deliverables Coordinator will have the following responsibilities: Manage deliverables and administrative queries related to the CCC in coordination with the Centre's EU Project Manager. Manage finance and budgets, including financial analysis and compliance. Oversee onboarding, recruiting, and the participant enrolment process within educational programmes associated with EU projects, Provide regular reports and updates to management on financial and operational matters. Collaborate with CCC staff, including the Head of Centre and EU project manager, in the preparation of the administrative components of deliverables. Generate and submit for approval CCC purchase orders for payment and travel reimbursements. Liaise with Finance to produce monthly information/financial breakdowns of non-staff costs for EU-funded and other funded projects reports and quarterly periodic cost statements. Help the EU project manager in organising physical and hybrid CCC events including conferences and plenary meetings. Administer the Centre's research effort reporting and submitting signed timesheets complying with guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Required: The successful candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with good background in finance, budgeting, business administration and/or financial analysis including funded research projects financial regulations and compliance at EU level. Previous experience in Higher Education Institutions, including a track record in onboarding, recruiting, and student enrolment processes. Ability to write and review deliverables and formal documentation for research projects. Advanced digital skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file sharing systems. Relevant interpersonal skills and ability to develop productive working relationships with other researchers and senior staff with diverse cultural backgrounds in an international environment. Availability to travel internationally if necessary. Capacity to balance the pressures of research tasks and competing deliverable deadlines.
