Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team in Navan.
This role is crucial for maintaining financial records in compliance with Law Society regulations and managing the office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Maintain all financial records to ensure compliance with Law Society regulations.
Manage daily financial transactions.
Prepare quarterly balancing statements.
Prepare and file VAT returns.
Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance with revenue requirements.
Oversee day-to-day office administration, provide IT support, and ensure efficient office operations.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in legal bookkeeping.
