Responsibilities Depending on experience, conducting a variety of ultrasound exams for vascular, small parts, gynecological, and abdominal applicationsAnalyze and analyze ultrasound pictures, then provide the radiologist a preliminary report.Delivering quality treatment and upholding patients' dignity at all timesJuggling a variety of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department referrals while managing hectic day listsUltrasound referral screening and methodologyEffectively communicating with hospital staff, radiologists, administrative staff, and coworkersRequirementsA CORU-registered radiographer who holds an authorized postgraduate ultrasound qualification.
A postgraduate ultrasound program approved by CASE is preferable.
