Manufacturing Team Lead – North Dublin 40-42k base Multi-national manufacturing company who pride themselves on excellent quality and energy-efficient products and procedures.
Due to continued business growth, there is now an immediate job requirement for a Manufacturing Team Lead.
The job requires the Team Lead to manage a group of unionised manufacturing Operators and support the Production Manager in developing all aspects of production, engineering, health, safety, environmental, and other activities at the site.
The successful candidate will have: Circa 5 years' experience in an engineering, fabrication, or high-volume manufacturing environment.Industries that will be considered include Plant and Engineering, Fabrication, High Volume Manufacturing, FMCG, Chilled or Frozen Foods, Brewing, Distilling, Petro Chemicals, Chemical Engineering, or GMP controlled Pharmaceutical manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to lead teams of unionised manufacturing personnel, as well as site service providers including security and 3rd party engineering contractors.Ability to multi-task and have a proven track record.Health and Safety experience would be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this job.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project), SAP (MM and PM).This role is based in North County Dublin, and the salary on offer is 40-42k DOE plus benefits for the right candidate.
