Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming sales enquiries and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs.
2. Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
3. Support business development activities including identifying new opportunities, contributing to sales presentations, proactive pipeline management, timely follow-ups on submissions and open opportunities, building and maintaining strong long term client relationships to drive repeat business and expand the customer base. Liaise with suppliers for up-to-date product information and pricing. Monitor the progress of active opportunities. Prepare regular sales activity reports for senior management ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems Salesforce.
