Lead People Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment. They will be proactive by nature, a self-starter, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and related legislation, as well as experience in driving employee engagement and payroll management.
\

Responsibilities:
\

1. Oversee all recruitment and selection for the property, including internal hiring and succession planning.
\
2. Drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers.
\
3. Create & drive the engagement strategy within the hotel.
\
4. Proactive management of IR and ER issues.
\
5. Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotel, including proper HR Records and documentation.
\
6. Oversee the payroll budget and processing for the hotel through the Time and Attendance systems.
\

What You Will Need:
\
\
7. 3-5 years in an HR management role, ideally in a Hotel or customer-focused environment.
\
8. Proactive by nature and a self-starter.
\
9. 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar.
\
10. CIPD qualification is preferred.
\
11. Experience in driving employee engagement.
\
12. Experience in payroll and cost management.
\
13. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
\
14. Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
\
15. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
\
