Key Projects: Residential Developments Total MEP Value: €22 million Design and installation of MEP services across multiple large-scale apartment and housing schemes. Pharmaceutical Plant Extension MEP Value: €10.3 million High-specification mechanical and electrical systems including cleanroom environments and process utilities. Healthcare Facility MEP Value: €8.2 million Complete MEP services for a new-build acute care hospital wing, including medical gases and backup power systems. Commercial Offices MEP Value: €6.5 million Full M&E fit-out including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and BMS integration.
