Service Operations Administrator We're looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven administrator to support our service team and keep jobs moving efficiently from start to invoice.
What You'll Do Process Service Orders & WIP through to invoicing Fix delays/errors to keep jobs on track Obtain customer POs for prompt payments Communicate updates with customers & internal teams Maintain accurate service and customer data Support day‑to‑day service admin tasks About You Experience in service admin/operations Strong organisation & attention to detail Confident communicator with great customer skills Comfortable with CRM/service tools + Microsoft Office Proactive, solution‑focused, and a team player What We Offer Competitive salary & benefits package (35 K+ & 20 Days holidays)Supportive team environment Opportunities for training, growth & development
