Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to provide support across a range of areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and training.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support, advise on policies, manage onboarding and offboarding processes
* Conduct exit interviews, and contribute to ongoing HR transformation projects and policy development
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in HR roles in financial or professional services
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software (Workday)
Working Conditions:
* 5 days in office per week - non-negotiable
