Corporate Events Executive
\Helpers Recruitment is seeking a senior events professional for a leading hospitality operator in Cork. The role involves managing high-end corporate events, match-day hospitality, and large public functions.
You will lead a team, oversee food and beverage operations, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery from planning to execution.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Events Executive:
* Manage and coordinate all catering and hospitality aspects of corporate and public events
* Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and event delivery for both large-scale and bespoke functions
* Build strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination
* Oversee planning meetings, event run-throughs, and team briefings to guarantee high service standards
* Uphold high standards in food safety, health & safety, and compliance across all operations
Requirements of the Corporate Events Executive:
* Previous experience in event and operations management, ideally in a corporate hospitality or venue-based environment
* A strong understanding of corporate event delivery and client expectations
* Experience working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, commercially driven setting
* Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and compliance with professionalism and efficiency
* A natural team leader who thrives under pressure and brings energy and structure to every event
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
