Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge in environmental solutions, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure operational efficiency by managing crews and implementing process improvements.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and develop technical expertise in environmental compliance.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

* Environmental compliance, waste management and ADR/DGSA regulations
* Team Management, Commercial ability with exposure to pricing and profitability
* Health and Safety Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Relevant technical qualification/or experience In depth Health and Safety Awareness
* People Management experience Excellent communication skill, verbal and written Proficient IT skills, Word, Excel, ERP and Finance packages
