Aramark is currently recruiting a Post/Print Room Operator to join the team at our client site. The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the delivery of facilities services in Goodbody. The core responsibilities are broken into the following main areas:
Job Responsibilities
Post Room Services
• Work with the Facilities Operations team in delivering the following services:
• Processing and distributing inbound post according to well-defined processes.
• Processing outbound post in line with established procedures.
• Handling courier deliveries and collections.
• Ordering post room supplies from third-party vendors.
• Managing client regulatory documentation (printing, packing, and dispatching).
Work with the Facilities Operations team in the delivery of the following:
• Managing the client documentation dispatch process, including producing, packing, and dispatching documents through controlled processes to ensure correct delivery to recipients. This involves using automated machinery such as printers, enveloping machines, counters, paper jostlers, etc.
• Collaborating with other operations team members to maintain high standards and controls.
• Backup print room services, including printing, binding, laminating, etc.
Scanning Services
• Supporting the delivery of scanning services to support the Goodbody business.
Other Tasks
• Liaising with service and maintenance providers.
• Assisting with health and safety matters (e.g., fire safety).
• Performing daily building checks.
• Managing facilities service providers such as secure document disposal, waste, recycling, etc.
• Performing ad hoc facilities duties as instructed by the Facilities Operations Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Experience required
• Proficiency in PC use, email, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Facilities operations experience is desirable.
• Qualifications in facilities management are a plus but not required.
