Clean Utilities Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clean utilities systems within our manufacturing facilities. We are seeking an experienced Clean Utilities Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of schedule milestones throughout project duration
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver all aspects of the project
* Execution of utility qualification processes with support from site resources
* Driving operational and technical excellence in clean equipment portfolio
* Ownership of clean utility quality risk assessments and close out
* Compliance with Manufacturing Division, Quality, and EHS Management System requirements
* Development and maintenance of training programs for clean utilities team members
* Writing, revising, and rolling out accurate operational procedures and training materials
* Acting as owner representative for turnover, SAT, and OQ execution
* Design and operationalisation of a successful clean utilities team
Requirements:
* Degree qualification or equivalent (Science, Engineering, Technical)
* Experience in CQV execution
* Knowledge and previous experience of utility start-up and qualification
* Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices
