Summerhill Vets Nenagh is currently seeking a friendly, outgoing and highly organised individual to join our Farm Client Care Team.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.This is a front-of-house, client-facing role, ideal for someone who loves working with people and delivering excellent customer service.The Role Will Involve:
* Being the first point of contact for our farm clients in person and by phone
* Creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every client
* Liaising closely with our farm veterinary team
* Correlating data from lab results, on-farm investigations and in-house tests
* Managing our in-house laboratory
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the farm department The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* Personable, positive, bubbly and approachable
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Comfortable and confident communicating with clients both in person and over the phone
* A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Competent using Excel and able to correlate basic data
* Experienced in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling payments confidently
* An understanding of farming systems is desirable, but not essential.

* Full-time, 5 days per week
* One Saturday in every 4 (day off in lieu the following week)
* Salary: €30,000
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
