We are currently recruiting a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team at the Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel.
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who thrives in customer interactions and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
The ideal candidate:
* 1+ years Bar experience, ideally from a busy bar background.
* Good cocktail knowledge essential, and Mixology experience a plus
* Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the bar industry
* Team player with the ability to multitask and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.
* A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
* Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
* Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
* Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU
* Must be over 18 to be considered for this role
