Acting as a subject matter expert, you will oversee complex trade settlement activity, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements.QualificationsYou have a third-level qualification in Business or a related discipline and several years' experience in trade settlements, loan operations, or corporate lendingYou have strong working knowledge of trade settlement platforms and market tools such as ClearPar, Bloomberg, and loan administration systems (Allvue advantageous)You'll have experience with LSTA / LMA settlement markets (preferred)You have experience managing or supporting teams, with the ability to delegate effectively and maintain high quality standardsYou are highly organised with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse, input, and validate complex financial dataYou are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlinesYou bring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commercial mindset.Additional InformationOUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENTSustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
