Key Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with PET-CT Clinical and Administrative staff, provide a safe & efficient service, adhering to legislative regulations and company policies.
* Accountable for the quality of the service provided, including customer service & technical aspects.
* Developing operational policies, protocols & guidelines.
* Maintain up to date knowledge of clinical, technical and radiographic developments in relation to the PET-CT department.
* Promote awareness of new developments.
The successful candidate will lead the PET-CT unit, focusing on service delivery, quality assurance, and staff management. This role involves a combination of expert clinical duties and leadership responsibilities. Key requirements include a strong background in diagnostic radiography or an equivalent field, active registration with CORU, and post-graduate qualifications in PET-CT (desirable).
