We're looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the daily running of our operations - mainly focusing on Martin Lynch Travel, but also lending a hand across our taxi and blinds businesses. From managing schedules and client quotes to coordinating drivers and keeping our office running efficiently, you'll play a vital part in keeping our team (and our vehicles) on track.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for calls and emails.
* Manage diaries, book jobs, and allocate drivers and vehicles.
* Handle client quotes, invoices, and scheduling.
* Support with vehicle documentation, NCT bookings, and compliance.
* Help reconcile weekly cash reports and maintain OneDrive records.
* Bring your own initiative and energy to a fast-paced, supportive team
What You'll Bring
* Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel & OneDrive).
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
