The Vet Office is currently seeking a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join a well‑established and progressive veterinary practice located in a predominantly dairy region in Co. Wexford, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary professional looking to develop their career in a true mixed practice environment, working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
This position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including approximately 50% Large Animal (mainly dairy), 45% Small Animal and 5% Equine. You will be part of a collaborative five‑vet team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clinical cases while developing both your medical and surgical skills. Out‑of‑hours duties are shared with a neighbouring practice, ensuring a fair rota and promoting a healthy work‑life balance.
