Our client, a dynamic organisation in the financial service sector located in Dublin, is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation.
They are seeking a talented Brand Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract to play a pivotal role in shaping their brand's future and driving impactful media campaigns.
In this role, you will: Be a key brand guardian across all customer touchpoints.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand strategy and positioning.
Lead the implementation and review of marketing campaigns across TV, Radio, VOD, Digital Audio, and Social Media.
Take ownership of media planning and booking across both traditional and digital channels.
Identify and deliver innovative brand-building initiatives aligned with strategy and budget (including potential Out-of-Home and Sponsorships).
Manage campaign projects from concept to sign-off.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage external agency partners.
What we're looking for: A strong marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar brand management roles.
Proven experience in defining and delivering impactful media campaigns.
A results-oriented individual with a track record of delivering against agreed objectives.
Experience in managing media agencies and planning capacity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving techniques.
A creative problem-solver who is highly motivated to deliver high performance.
A degree in a Marketing or Business-related field is preferred.
Understanding of financial services is a plus, but not essential.
