Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Propositions Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve leading a team responsible for delivering innovative products and propositions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities

* Implement price changes through effective process management, including robotics and process optimization.
* Support the operations of our energy product portfolio by resolving customer issues outside of standard processes.
* Identify root causes of customer issues and analyze them to inform product process improvements that enhance customer experience and compliance.
* Own key core product propositions, including project management, go-to-market strategies, and ongoing proposition management.
* Lead the welcome pack audit process, ensuring review and process optimization with IT, project optimization, and compliance teams.
* Manage necessary product terms and conditions updates, including exit fees, discounts, and Smarter PAYG.
* Manage welcome pack issues for smart and other tariffs.
* Support the build of propositions for the Customer Value Management team in residential, setting up IT scope of delivery to include next best actions, welcome emails, surprise and delight, and alignment with marketing rewards programs.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or marketing, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of billing systems and/or process experience within a related industry.
* Product or proposition management experience within the energy sector or a related industry.
* Highly self-motivated and strong relationship builder.

Salary Range

€48,000 - €56,500 per annum (depending on experience).
