We're redefining wellness on the docks, blending great coffee, healthy food, and positive energy in a modern, vibrant environment.
Located in the heart of Galway's new business district, our wellness bar serves premium coffee, matcha, smoothies, protein shakes, and nutritious food designed for those who care about health, fitness, and feeling great.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Barista with a genuine passion for wellness, fitness, and healthy living to join our dynamic team.
As one of the first faces our members and guests meet, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience — crafting quality drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and embodying the upbeat spirit that defines H91.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve all coffee beverages to the highest barista standards.
* Create and serve smoothies, protein shakes, matchas, and other wellness drinks.
* Engage warmly with customers, members, and staff — providing outstanding service at all times.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar area.
* Support food preparation and presentation (e.g., protein balls, overnight oats, gourmet sandwiches, etc.).
* Ensure consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail in every order.
* Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with company policy.
* Contribute to a fun, motivated, and health-focused team culture.
Requirements
* Previous barista experience is essential - ideally in a busy café or wellness bar environment.
* A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and healthy living is highly valued.
* Exceptionally friendly, well-presented, and positive attitude towards life and work.
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible - willing to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: €13.50-€16.94 per hour
