The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this person will:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams.
* Develop a deep understanding of client goals, brand strategy, and business objectives.
* Lead strategic planning and account growth initiatives.
* Collaborate on creative briefs, providing insight and direction throughout the process.

About You
* 7+ years' experience in account management or client services within an agency, events, or marketing environment.
* Proven success in leading client relationships and driving account growth.
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
* Confident leader with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Strong understanding of creative, design, and production processes within an agency setting.
