Key Role in Accounts Receivable and Finance
Senior Billing Specialist EMEA is responsible for actively contributing to the growth and development of our Accounts Receivable and Finance functions. This role will work cross-functionally with teams like customer success, product, operations, systems, and sales to help establish a consistent customer journey.
This specialist will support a balance of day-to-day operations as well as contribute directly to improvements in operational processes data entry technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Review contract amendments and subscriptions to ensure accurate customer billing
2. Create high value transactions such as usage-based invoices
3. Confirm various customer billing terms meet those criteria
4. Maintain a working knowledge of all standard processes to support guide internal stakeholders needed
