Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with tenants and landlords daily
Schedule repairs and maintenance as required
Register tenancies with RTB & keep files up to date
Implement and administer all rent reviews & rent increases
Organise utility switchovers & handover files
Handle inbound phone calls
Carry out reception duties as required
Ensure smooth running of daily office tasks
Liaise with other team members daily
Effectively manage customer issues

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of Office-Based Administration required
Knowledge of Real Estate Office administration is an advantage
Full driving license required
Training will be provided
