Senior Litigation Secretary - Dublin City Centre
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment supporting the managing partner of a leading Health Law and Litigation Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital dictation and drafting of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs for medical negligence cases.
* Proactively interact with the Managing Partner to resolve day-to-day issues.
* Efficiently manage and organise the Partner's calendar.
* Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate file management and ensure the safe handling of confidential data.
* Perform general administration and ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Diary Management, Case Management (Evolve desirable), and Discovery Management.
* Strong administration skills and ability to work on own initiative.
* Professional manner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
