Real Estate Virtual Assistant - BilingualWe are looking to hire a talented, experienced Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Spanish, English) to work with our client. As part of the role, you will be supporting various real estate operations, including social media management, transaction coordination, customer calls.Key responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to real estate agentsManage calendars, appointments, and property showingsHandle lead follow-ups, client communications, and database updatesUpload and manage MLS listings and property detailsCreate engaging marketing materials, flyers, and social media contentCoordinate real estate transactions and ensure all deadlines are metConduct online research and maintain accurate property recordsRequirements:3+ years of experience as a Real Estate VA or in a similar roleStrong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skillsFamiliarity with real estate tools (MLS, CRM, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveAble to manage multiple tasks and work independently
