Job Overview:

* Prepare, submit, and track BCAR documentation via the Building Control Management System.
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to BCAR compliance.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in BCAR coordination or similar compliance/document control role within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of BCAR legislation and the Building Control Management System.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office.
