Empleo is delighted to partner with a scaling technology business in appointing a Senior Manager FP&A and AI Systems for their team in Dublin city centre (hybrid).
This is an exceptional opportunity to own ARR and KPI reporting in a high-growth SaaS business while driving the AI automation agenda across finance workflows.
This role will suit a finance professional with strong SaaS metrics experience and a practical, hands‑on approach to using AI and automation in finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end ARR reporting and forecasting
Build and maintain the company’s SaaS KPI framework including MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV and CAC Payback
Design and implement AI‑powered automations across finance workflows using tools like Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT
Lead finance systems projects from scoping and vendor management through to implementation and change management
Key Requirements
Professional finance qualification coupled with 5+ years in revenue operations, finance systems, finance transformation or FP&A
Experience ideally gained in a SaaS or high‑growth tech company with a strong grasp of SaaS metrics
Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve finance workflows
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis and transformation
