Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Dublin office. In this position, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, create engaging web content, analyse web analytics, and collaborate across teams to achieve project goals. You will play an integral role in promoting our clients' brands and delivering measurable results across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and other channels.
* Develop compelling visual and written content that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise and improve results.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team on design concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling.
* Assist in website updates, landing pages, and other digital assets.
* Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing or content creation role, preferably in an agency setting.
* Strong design skills with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.
* Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
* Highly organised, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
