Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment
* Planning personnel deployments and optimizing work processes for improved efficiency
* Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges
* Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level
* Organizing and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements
* Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming
