We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of working in a professional services company or similar environment. You should be familiar with construction-specific payment mechanisms and applications for payment.
You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.A key responsibility of this position is ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies. This includes managing project data on our in-house platform to ensure accurate and complete information is uploaded for new and existing clients.
An additional duty involves overseeing the production of sales invoices, which requires timely and accurate invoicing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for introducing improved processes for invoicing, applications, and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
This role also entails assisting with credit control procedures especially resolving queried or overdue debts.
The successful candidate will co-coordinate management accounts information from teams by liaising with central finance personnel to produce divisional management reports (MI).'],
