About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fantastic, fast‑growing construction/modular home company preparing for a strategic exit. This rare opportunity allows an experienced Operations Manager to work side‑by‑side with ownership to scale the business, professionalise operations, and participate in the exit upside. You will support design and execution of systems, processes, teams, and financial operations that drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Lead all day‑to‑day operations across construction/project delivery and field execution
* Build, implement, and continuously optimise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Establish workflows that support scalability, efficiency, quality, and compliance
* Drive operational excellence across scheduling and delivery
Project & Program Management
* Oversee full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through closeout
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
* Implement strong project management frameworks and reporting systems
* Act as escalation point for critical project issues and client concerns
Financial & Budget Management
* Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
* Monitor job costing, margins, cash flow, and capital expenditures
* Support financing relationships, lenders, and investor reporting where needed
* Drive cost efficiencies without sacrificing quality or safety
People & Team Leadership
* Build, lead, and mentor high‑performing operations, project management, and field teams
* Implement accountability structures, performance metrics, and development plans
* Drive a culture of ownership, quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and partners
* Ensure exceptional client experiences and long‑term relationship management
* Support business development through operational credibility and execution excellence
Growth & Exit Strategy
* Work directly with owners to prepare the business for future sale
* Strengthen infrastructure, reporting, systems, and organisational design
* Support due diligence readiness, operational data integrity, and documentation
Fluency in Russian, Polish or Lithuanian is a bonus but not essential.
