Position Title: Senior Operations Manager
Classification: Permanent

Position Summary:
ZAGG International are seeking an experienced, strategic senior operations manager to join our Senior Management Team and lead our end-to-end operations function. You will manage and lead a team of six, overseeing order management, outbound and reverse logistics, rework, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. This is a pivotal opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact at a growing company.
Operations Director Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all operations functions, including order management, invoicing, returns, 3PL services, customer account management, and outbound logistics
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, collaborative, and value-driven operations team
* Champion a high-performing, collaborative and values-driven team culture
* Support the onboarding of new customers and oversee contract review processes
* Develop operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
* Manage and coordinate all rework activities required across the business
* Develop, implement, and optimize cross-functional processes between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Sales teams, and 3PL partners
* Collaborate with global and local leadership to align operations with broader company goals
* Project-manage system enhancements to improve efficiency in order management, returns, invoicing, and reporting
* Drive the integration of sustainable practices and compliance with health, safety, import/export, and environmental regulations
* Manage relationships and performance of 3PL partners
* Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs to drive performance and accountability
* Establish and manage 3PL process standards and service level agreements
* Ensure compliance with Irish, EU, and international logistics, customs, and trade regulations
* Support the rollout of a B2B portal for small retailers
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years management experience
* Strong leadership experience – able to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Great Plains or a similar system
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills
* Knowledge of Irish and EU compliance regulations & trade standards
* Proven ability to navigate customs, import/export documentation, and regulatory requirements within EMEA and MENA
* In-depth knowledge of international trade, tariffs, compliance, and post-Brexit EU relations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced/expert level in Excel
* Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering premium service experiences
