Junior Company Secretary – Funds
An industry‑leading asset management company secretarial practice is seeking a highly motivated Junior Company Secretary to join its rapidly growing team. About the Role
The successful candidate will work with a wide range of regulated funds and corporate entities, supporting board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas and board packs, taking detailed minutes, managing statutory filings, and maintaining statutory books and records. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their expertise and make a real impact in a busy, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate board meeting logistics, agendas, and materials
* Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes and action points
* Manage company incorporations, annual compliance, and CRO filings
* Maintain statutory books and records
* Liaise with boards, clients, and advisors to ensure high‑quality service delivery
* Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the funds sector
* Degree in Law, Business, or related field with a strong academic record
* Grad ICSA qualification (or working towards) is an advantage
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic, client‑focused, and eager to develop professionally
