We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a stunning fine dining restaurant. Working under the guidance of our renowned Head Chef, they are looking for a chef who is passionate about cooking and wants to work their way up the ladder.
About this role:
* A chef with previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen
* Excellent HACCP & Hygiene skills
* A passion for cooking excellent cuisine to very high standards
* Ideal candidate will have experience with fine dining
* The ability to work well in a team environment as well as using own initiative
