Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

* Establish and manage processes to ensure smooth operations

* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching

* Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction

* Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities

* Develop and implement marketing campaigns
">
* Update and manage website content
">
* Manage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

* Assist in other areas of the dealership as needed

* The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, able to multitask and handle multiple projects, and possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Benefits and Requirements:

This role offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, plus commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
